The Mystic Heart meditation is a coherence meditation designed to attune your heart to physiological coherence and a deeper love.

HeartMath Institute defines heart coherence as a physiological state โ€œthat occurs when the bodyโ€™s systems, our breathing, heart rhythms and hormonal response, are in sync with each otherโ€.

In other words, this is a state where everything seems to flow, leading to more mental and emotional resilience and an improved inner safety and security.

Besides, science shows that when your heart and your brain are in a state of incoherence, there is no signal to create from the quantum field. Coherence is a prerequisite to create from the field.

Why focus on the heart?

Because the heart leads the communication with the brain. Approximately 80% of the neural signals exchanged between the heart and the brain travel from the heart to the brain. This is Polyvagal Theory.

In other words, as you train your heart to coherence, your brain will have no choice to follow and reorganise itself.

The meditation follows those steps:

  • A few sighs and slow breaths that are informing the nervous system that it is safe to move back into safety. Each sigh is designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system
  • Slow breaths within the heart space to start bringing heart coherence
  • Tuning to elevated emotions still placing your attention within your heart space
  • Integrating the shifts

You can use this meditation to awaken your heart and attune it to a deeper coherence. Just like going to the gym, practicing this meditation on a regular basis – will result in an open and coherent heart.
