Description
Meditation Description
When you operate in survival, the fight or flight branch of the nervous system, your brain is on the constant look out for danger and starts firing neural pathways in an incoherent way.
If the body does not move back into safety, mental clarity, intuition and focus become a distant dream.
When the body is regulated and the brain shifts back into coherence, you have access to:
- Sharper focus
- Greater mental clarity
- Reduced mental chatter
- Stronger intuitive signals
Coherence creates unity across hemispheres.
If the heart leads the dance, the brain must be coherent to receive the rhythm.
Just like going to the gym strengthens your body, this meditation strengthens neural synchronization.
The Process
Before pressing play, understand how we move. The meditation follows those steps:
- Nervous system regulation: audibly making the sound “Ah” to signal the body that it is safe
- Left hemisphere awareness: placing your attention within the left hemisphere of the brain to build back energy there. No thinking. No visualising. Just feeling.
- Right hemisphere awareness: similarly, placing your attention with the right hemisphere of the brain
- Synchronization: holding the intention to synchronize the left side with the right side of the brain.
Coherence is felt before it is analyzed.
With regular practice, over time, you may notice:
- Reduced mental overwhelm
- Less second-guessing
- Greater intuitive clarity
- A quieter internal dialogue
This meditation is your doorway to mental resilience and clarity.
