The Coherence Series™ brings together two foundational practices designed to restore internal alignment at both the cardiac and neurological levels.

Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation often create fragmentation across systems. The heart loses rhythmic stability. The brain shifts into survival-based firing patterns. Over time, this affects clarity, intuition, mental and emotional regulation, and decision-making.

Coherence leads you back to unity.

It is a measurable physiological state in which internal systems operate in synchronized patterns.

When coherence is restored:

Mental clarity and focus improve
Emotional reactivity decreases
Intuition becomes sharp

This set includes two meditations:

The Mystic Heart

A guided 25-min heart coherence meditation designed to stabilize heart rhythms through slow breathing and focused attention in the heart space.

By using sighs, slowing down your breath while placing your attention within your heart space, you are bringing back the body to safety. I’ll then invite you to tune to an elevated emotion, conditioning your heart to feel.

The Coherent Brain

A guided 27-min meditation designed to regulate the nervous system and synchronize the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

By using your voice to make the sound “Ah” over and over, you will activate the vagus nerve which informs the body that it is safe to relax. This is vagal toning. Once relaxed, you will place your awareness on the left side of the brain to build back energy. Then on the right side of the brain, and then be guided to synchronize both hemispheres.

This practice will promote synchrony and unity within your brain which will lead to clearer thinking, reduced mental chatter and improved focus.

Why Practice Both?

The heart and brain are in constant communication via the nervous system.

Training both supports whole-system coherence.

Like physical conditioning, coherence strengthens with repetition. These practices are designed to be revisited regularly. Just like you would go to the gym.
