Description
Decoding the Invisible
2019 was ruthless.
I had been overworking for a few years in a direction that gave me no joy and compensated with fitness: Swedish Fit. Movement gave me so much joy I hung onto it with my life. I numbed through it.
And then I injured myself. That turned into months of chronic pain.
People told me right and left that it was a sign! Swedish Fit MUST be misaligned if my body couldn’t sustain it.
You know that old saying: If it’s aligned, then it must flow and doors will be open.
I just couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t even sleep over it. How could this be possible? How could this level of joy be taken away from me?
Nine months later (just the time to be rebord), I surrendered to the inner knowing and resigned. That day, the pain lifted off my body. In a split second.
From this day started years of finetuning what it meant to receive, listen to and follow through my inner knowing.
I had proof that overriding it was not an option and could cost me my health and vibrancy.
And so I experimented. I experimented with my business then, as a tech CEO, balancing intuition with strategy. It was wild.
One day, I heard: “Go to the US and raise money there”. I leapt. It made no sense. And it paid off.
You’d think then:
Overriding your intuition = fiasco.
Following your intuition = instant payoff
But… no.
That is not always the case. Sometimes, following your intuition leads you to the places where your soul will be challenged and initiated to expand into its next version. Sometimes, you will receive a crystal clear knowing, only to be met with rejection and learn that your nervous system is also an important factor in the equation.
If you’re taking away anything from this post, let it be this:
Things are not always as they seem.
And learning to connect to the unseen, your intuition pathway, is an art that you master through practice.
Tomorrow, I’m hosting an online book launch of Becoming Untethered from this exact angle.
BEYOND THE VEIL. Decoding the invisible.

Becoming Untethered
“There has to be a better way.”
This is how this journey started. I’d like to think it started in 2019 when my body staged a revolt but in truth, it started long before then. I kept hitting the milestone and it was never enough. “When I achieve this, then I’ll be happy.” The goalpost kept on moving.
Early 2019, what started as a mild injury turned into months of chronic pain. And it came bearing gifts. After dozens of medical tests and months of sleepless nights, one doctor told me: Your only way out is through meditation, and forever changed my life.
Pain became the doorway to an initiation that had been long coming. A coming home to the Self, with capital S, that no outside achievement can ever give you.
On the afternoon of July 16th, I invite you to celebrate the birth of Becoming Untethered—a book that began with chronic pain and became a roadmap for anyone who has ever whispered: There has to be another way.
Becoming Untethered weaves my own unraveling—from a pianist forced off her path to a strategy consultant whose body staged a revolt and a biotech CEO who whispered, “I cannot stop or I will die”—and finally understood why.
Each chapter weaves my journey with the neuroscience that finally explains why you can’t just think your way out of pain and offers meditative practices rooted in the body that will hold you in the moments when you can’t seem to find a way out.
At its core, this book is a roadmap to transform pain—physical, chemical, emotional, spiritual—into love. A deeper love. An unconditional love that has been sitting within you all along.
