Meditation Description

Science shows that your thoughts and emotions are shaping your reality. This is quantum physics combined with neuroscience. The beauty of our brain and body is that we can prime them to respectively think and feel – ahead of the experience, through neuroplasticity. As you change your thoughts and emotions, you change your entire reality.

This is your 15-minute guided reset to remember how you want to feel throughout the day. Over time, as you keep practicing every single day this meditation, youโ€™ll start noticing how you are aligning your mind and body to who you are becoming.

The meditation unfolds in three intentional phases:

  • Weโ€™ll start by slowing down your breath, to activate the parasympathetic nervous system – in other words, move the body back into safety.
  • Then, Iโ€™ll guide you to place your attention on your heart space with slow breath with the intent to awaken your heart and build coherence.
  • Finally, youโ€™ll tune into an elevated emotion within your heart space, to train your body to feel those emotions ahead of the experience.

Before you begin, I invite you to reflect on one powerful prompt:

How do I want to feel today?

This is a perfect practice to emotionally rehearse who you’re becoming.
